Anyone that has used Alek, mainly for college algebra. How long did it take you to complete the course?

College Algebra w/ Trig took me 1 day to complete. I had recently finished high school pre-calculus and still has math fresh in my mind, however. And it was one of the more grueling days of my life.

On the other hand it took me a few weeks of constant work. It really depends on how you learn and how much you know, but I think you'll find it's less time than taking an actual class.
Please stop corporate child abuse, learn about World Wide Association of Specialty Programs and other "troubled teen" facilities that abuse kids and cheat parents:

I didn't do college algebra, but I did Intro to Stats and Intermediate Algebra and they took me 40 hours and 1 hour respectively. I was fresh out of high school too. So I'm sure that helped.

just curious. I am at 20% with 8 hours. I was always in honors math however that was 15 years ago.

 milelol: I took Beginning Algebra in February when I was snowed in for days at a time-laid off from work I was able to spend most of the day on the computer. Went from 17 to 71% in 21 days. I've been mathphobic for 30 years and this was the best money I ever spent. I love Aleks- and never want to see him again!
