Sofia University in Bulgaria offers an online
Master’s Degree in Political Pathologies of the Global World at an affordable price of €1,200 for the two-semester program.
This makes it one of the most cost-effective master’s programs in political science.

It is a great program. But if you're not in the same European time zone, it may be an issue, as with many European online degrees. The highly affordable online degree requires regular participation in online synchronous lectures, even though it accomodates working adults. I am in Europe and I sometimes try to avoid synchronous online offerings. If you're in the U.S. or Canada, you should seriously think about whether you'll be able to follow their timetable:
Here is what it looks like this year;

Interesting program, I wonder if they have more programs available other than the one mentioned... I was looking at their website and came across their tuition fees page, but there isn't much info:

They do have quite a few programs taught in English. I had looked into their online philosophy master's program.
A few other options are on this page:

I did not apply yet due to the application process being quite laborious with documents needing apostille and/or notification.
Now that I have my MBA from ENEB/Isabel I may pay for the apostille and use that as application (in a few years after my DBA is done!)
B.A. Liberal Studies (Completed: 2015) - Thomas Edison State College
MBA (Completed: 2025) - ENEB / Isabel I
DBA (In Progress, Expected 2027) - Edgewood College
