Admission application disappeared from Mainestreet Student Centre

Hello all, I applied via UMPI Yourpace page. Got an email after 2 days regarding Mainestreet account activation. When I logged in first, I could find my application in student centre with yellow triangle indicating incomplete application

But from 3 days, it looks like this

Could be a bug in MaineStreet. On the To Do List on the right hand side it says they're waiting for your high school transcript so there is an application in there somewhere. The applications aren't processed by UMPI. They're processed by the U of M system.
