I finished my HSC from
Lahore Board and FA from Dial Singh College  and Bachelor from Aberdeen. I helped many students to get Stutugart university from Pakistan and UAE. Many did PLA and UK open university and Mahi Pal University in fast track and they all got rejected.
Let me know if you need help.

None of the ACE or other credits are accepted in Germany/ Austria/ Sweden or Finland.

and what about a complete degree from UMPI in 2 years with no transfer credits are they still not gonna accept the degree for higher studies?

German wants only 4 year degree in 4 years with normal credit. That’s what most free education countries have the law. You better get virtual university degree from local branch and get UMPI.
Then apply for UMPI.
Once completed the UMPI then apply for German university.
Other option is to complete local 4 year degreee.and apply for German university.

Also don’t forget you need TOEFL for UMPI.

For International Students, I usually recommend 5 countries to target first as the language of instruction is English. US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. If you're in Africa, then South Africa is the go-to country for education. As a first step, you need to know which market you're going to target, you can't obviously target every single country out there, regulations/rules differ for each country as they have different evaluations.

What's wrong with a degree completed from umpi (no transfer credits) like the university is H+ registered at Anabin I'm not planning to take any sophia credits for transfer and what's the deal with virtual university what do you want to say? do you want me to study first at VU and then transfer to Umpi?

Those countries are great but I don't know what the deal is with Germany like if the degree is completed from UMPI in 2 years without any transfer then what's the deal why are they not accepting this? i don't think there should be any law as long as the degree is traditional without transfer transcript.

Duolingo's test is cheaper, easier, and can be done at home. No need for TOEFL or IELTS.

Quite frankly this is just ignorant. There are people in the US who complete their bachelor's degree in under 4 years without ACE credits who attend a traditional on campus program. My sister completed her bachelor's degree in 3.5 years by taking 1 AP course in high school and taking an extra class most semesters so she could graduate early and save thousands of dollars.
