I have all the classes completed for my as degree in environmental, safety and security technologies at tesu. Is there
any alternatives to take this class some where like study.com? that will be accepted by TESU?

No alternative for this, you have to do the cornerstone and capstone at the institution...

Some Associate degrees do not have capstones at all. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them.
