Hello everyone, I’m planning to complete both a BA in CS and a BS in CIS at TESU. From what I’ve read, it’s possible to graduate with both simultaneously. My question is: can I also add an associate degree to this mix? For example, if I take a few extra courses (like Precalculus, Linear Algebra, and Statistics), could I also earn an Associate in Math along with the BA in CS and BS in CIS? In other words, is it possible to graduate with all three degrees at the same time? Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the board, I guess you haven't taken much time searching the board for answers. I suggest you fill in the addendum and template here and review the WIKI for TESU. To answer your question, Yes, I'm probably the main person on this board who actually recommends doing exactly that for TESU and for UMPI or other institutions that allow a freebie associates!

Thank you so much for replying. I actually spent weeks reading through everything and I already made my template and I am planning to post it here. But I wanted to finalize the question about associates first, so that I can post a more complete version of my template .
I just wanted to confirm whether I can get 1 BS bachelors degree(CIS)+1 BA degree(CS)+1 AS Math+1AS in Business administration at the same time?( After filling the template I kind of realized I don’t need to take any extra courses to get an additional associate in Business administration and for the associate in Math I need only 4 courses. )
So, I can technically get above mentioned two bachelor’s and two associates from TESU at the same time by taking only 4 extra courses?
It felt to good to be true
Thank you once again.
PS.-I will post the template in a new post

Hi Nash, please can you share your template? I'm planning something similar, either a double major or the AS included

Thus, another reason why I love TESU! I wonder if it would be possible to complete the BLS with the 112 out of 120 credits first, followed by the combined BA and BS in CIS with the Associate freebie. That would really be maximizing your stay at TESU. I think I'd like to do that after I complete my Doctorate here.

Each student has a lifetime limit of no more than two TESU degrees at the same level per the Award of Degrees Policy.
So you could not do BALS followed by BACS plus BSCIS because that’s three TESU bachelor’s degrees. However, you could do one BA with double major in LS and CS (“second area of study in one degree,” and provided the concentration within LS wasn’t CS nor did it overlap more than 9 credits with CS). Then, either concurrently or later whichever you choose, you could use your one remaining TESU bachelor’s available to do a BS CIS.
You can’t have a double major (“second area of study in one degree”) that takes one major from a BA and another from a BS, because the BA and BS are different degrees so they couldn’t ultimately come together in “one degree.”

The more you know. This is the kind of information I come around here for.

And if I'm not mistaken, the lifetime limit is one TESU degree if the student already earned a degree at that level from another school.
