Well that change from only bio 101L working for science just made life easier for me. I dread it worse than any class I've been taking. The lab is okay so far but the course is boring as heck. I sure do hope this change is true and not a glitch !

They've accepted many lab science courses in the past. That could always change in the future.

And, there have always been other options (SL has multiple lab sciences, SDC has Chem w/Lab).

BIO101L on Study.com was probably the easiest and fastest option especially since it has a virtual lab. No waiting for a lab kit unlike StraighterLine.

It's just a PA. Communication 120 Presentation Skills in Workplace still comes in as PCJ 215 Business Communication but you have to contact the registrar's office to explain the agreement between Study.com and UMPI. I did it and the staff told me that they need to update their records. It might change in the future but I highly recommend taking Communication 120 on Study.com if you need it. It's super easy especially if you've taken speech or public speaking before.
Sophia.org: 74 LL credits
TEEX: 13 credits (3 UL + 10LL) ACTFL: 24 credits (12 LL + 12 UL) Community College: 81 LL credits (2 AAs) WGU: 9 UL credits UMPI: 42 credits (30 UL + 12 LL) Study.com 12 credits (6 UL + 6LL) UMPI BLS, minor in Management. Magna Cum Claude. (May '22)

It shows (PCJ 215: Business Communication) at this moment: https://imgur.com/NS77I6K I have attached the updated equivalencies.

Remind me, if you will, I'm a recent grad from last session and helping my son get set up to follow in the same path. I know you need to take a minimum of 10 classes at UMPI, but do those 10 all have to be upper level? (I had to take 19, so I had it covered either way.)

I don't know how many have to be upper level, but my current degree plan has me taking exactly ten classes with UMPI, of which seven are upper level, so I know for sure they don't all have to be UL, but I suspect it might depend on the degree one is pursuing (I'm History & Political Science, with a History concentration). I also transferred in six UL credits that fill slots in my concentration. EDIT: I suspect the best way to get a definitive answer is to determine the major and ask Jessica at UMPI what the exact residency requirements are for it.

Thanks! That's so awesome that you only have 10 classes. I did 19 in two sessions, so you're solid! The best to you!
