The Reading Proficiency Test gives credits too. CLEP is an examination offered in the US as an alternative to taking a traditional university course to test one's knowledge of subject material already mastered. Amongst others, German is one of the languages one can test out of using the CLEP exam. Not sure if they offer it for Turkish though, while LTI does offer tests for that language. Also, LTI credits are upper level and the OPIc/OPI and WPT double as teaching certifications. To get 27 credits of free electives or general ed, take the LTI OPI/OPIc, WPT and RPT for a total of 30 credits.

How's the format of OPIc (online) test like?
Are they all multiple choices? Did you answer verbally after listening? or give a speech on a given topic?

Is there any way to take both English and a second language such as Russian or Spanish OPIcs? I'm interested in going for either TESU or COSC and hope to use the exams as electives so wanted to know if I can take two Proficiency exams. Cheers!

Not sure if TESU would accept English OPI/OPIc from a native speaker. You can take as many exams with LTI as you want and are willing to pay for

The WPT is a writing test, no multiple choice questions here either, that would be in the RPT. LTI's website explains the different exam formats in detail.
