Free advice: Never, under any circumstances, take the American Lit. exam unless you have to. 
Sociology is easy. You could do it first.
I found American Gov't easy but I'm kind of quirky in that regard, so don't pay much attention to me. But if you like government stuff and you're familiar with how the government functions and have studied the basics of constitutional law, you'll be fine.
