I thought Astronomy was fun, and Geology's on my 'either/or' list. I hated studying for Microeconomics, but then that's just my likes/dislikes - I enjoyed Biology, and lots of folks hate Biology.
A question - do you need the 15 credits in particular subject areas or UL? If not, and you want to go fastest possible, you may want to consider building on your Intro to Psych study by taking CLEP Human Growth & Dev & CLEP Educational Psych (6 credits for minimal study on top of what you already learned for Intro Psych.) You may want to add the DSST Environment & Humanity to your 'might do' list; if you've got a moderate basis in earth science/biology, it's a pretty easy test to study for and pass. DSST Anthropology's a good 'add-on' to info learned for Psych and Sociology, and also serves as a base for either DSST World Religion and/or Cultural Geography.
Just a few ideas for you - I make it a policy to search out overlapping study subjects so that I can 'maximize my study utility' (EEEEK! some of the 'economics speak' from last week stuck, I have to quickly overwrite it with Anthro!)
