I just enrolled in GMC school of technology, which the Msc Software Engineering with Woolf, I'm particularly interested to go to Germany, I live in Algeria, are there any way I can recognize the degree later?

You are welcome. I'm not an expert by any means, just someone with advanced interest (out of necessity) in these matters.
IMHO you can use this degree in Germany in private sector but not for purposes where recognition might be required (work for government?, immigration?, just guesses - I know nothing about German law, all I know is that ANABIN doesn't recognize Woolff degrees and similar). ANABIN in Germany only recognizes degrees from universities on Malta, not those from institutes of higher education.
Later..I doubt so but it could happen. Eg. if ANABIN changes mind and you will finish the degree after they have changed mind, not before (not 100% sure about that, but recognition is usually not retrospective)
