I was already talking to their support. They eventually transferred my case to someone that was able to issue the badge.
The support was pretty bad, and not getting anywhere, so I was curious if there was some mechanism I could use to get the badge issued.
I don't think there is. If you're badge doesn't get automatically issued then your only option is to slog through their support.
