Not sure if you already answered this, but the pretests should be completed after the course reading, and are they part of the calculated grade for the course?

The pretests are taken before you read any of the material etc. During some of the courses, you may see some of those same pretest questions on the post test. It is a good idea to take note of those pretest questions to help you study for the post-test. 

Another good item to mention is that I have friends who have completed these classes after I did, and the format for some classes have changed slightly. 

My oldest son will be starting ETAMU soon, but he has not decided on ORG or BGS yet.
