Determine which options are available for you and may fit your needs, generally, I recommend the Public/State institutions first, Nonprofit/Private ones next, and then For-profits last, in addition to that, you want to go for the RA vs the NA options as well, instead of international foreign institutions where you have to get an evaluation , again, you need to see if the institution fits your cost, ease, goals, speed to finish, etc...
