Google IT Support Certification
Issued by: Coursera
Issued to: me
Issues on: 30 August 2024
Description:
Those who earn the Google IT Support Certificate have completed five courses, developed by Google, that included hand-on, practice-based assessments and are designed to prepare them for entry-level roles in IT support. They are competent in foundational skills, including troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security.
It does not actually include the 5 individual courses on the Credly transcript however. I included a link to Coursera and my "badge", which does show all course descriptions, but that is insufficient because Pierpont "can't accept transcripts from students as official."
Not really sure how to proceed.
If you have the badge on credly you can go into the top right menu, go to send transcript fill out the form and send it to esprocessing@pierpont.edu
On Credly the transcript just shows the badge with the description I indicated about. It doesn't show the 5 distinct classes. If there is a way to send a transcript that includes the individual courses that make up the certificate i haven't found it.

I just left a voicemail with Registrar's office to hopefully figure out what is missing.
