So to confirm, in the grad application form, you don't add your concentration in the concentration box?

NONONONO, I did add my concentration, I’ll upload what my completed application looked like soon but I deff added my concentration

Perfect will add it and send it out. 
It was a bit confusing since in an older thread the app didn't get processed because of possibly adding a concentration but no one really talked about it (perhaps they did something else wrong, or has a different setup now)
