I have been calling the IT help desk requesting assistance with password reset on their voicemail, but I had not heard back from them. I did find a link to communicate directly with the IT help which has had quick responses during business hours. I will share it here, as it may help others with similar issues.

Still no comms from the BOG program, and the transcripts they downloaded from Parchment on 7/4 have not been processed.
