Be aware... when you call the Student Support Center, you might get the *actual* TESU Student Support Center, which can do a whole lot of things and solve a lot of problems... but if you are calling outside of TESU's regular hours (which I think are 9-5 M-F Eastern), or even if they happen to be busy when you call, you'll invisibly get shunted off to their beyond worthless contracted call center, which I think is run by Blackboard.
They're polite and friendly and give the illusion of being helpful, but are utterly useless. When I was a student I repeatedly got bad information, or else all they could do was send a message. Basically, the Blackboard folks are a glorified answering service.
There is a way to tell whether your call is being routed to the third-party call center ... the recordings are slightly different as you are being routed... but I don't remember exactly what the difference is.
I did learn to directly ask, when calling, if I have reached the *actual* TESU Student Support, or the third-party call center, and most of the time, they'd answer honestly and unambiguously. IN several cases, I just called back several times over an hour (if during TESU's hours) and was then able to get someone competent and capable.
