Hi all,
Finishing up my Sophia courses and I'm looking to apply to TESU before starting Study.com courses.
I just had a few queries surrounding my application and eligibility on credits:
- What's the process of transferring credits from Sophia to TESU?
- Does taking a TECEP exam count as an "enrolled" student?
- Do I have a time limit on when I have to transfer all my credits?
Thanks!

First, I'd recommend checking out this page: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Th...University
The degree plans for TESU on the Wiki are here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:TESU
1. You sign into Credly and send the Credly transcript to transcripts@tesu.edu from there.
2. Yes, it will, after acceptance. The recommended one is usually the 1-credit TECEP for Medical Terminology for $52, enroll for it and don't take it. People will occasionally receive free TECEPs when they apply to TESU, so check your email for that too. If you plan for more than 1 year, around month 11 or so, make sure to sign up for that TECEP or another one, so your status doesn't become inactive.
3. No, TESU allows you to continually transfer in credits as long as you are in enrolled status, which is one of the advantages of the school.

BTW, the reason for not taking the 1cr Med Terminology TECEP is that it's the only 1cr TECEP, and if you take it, you can't use it again to extend enrollment.

In addition to what was mentioned, it's best to create a spreadsheet with the links provided earlier. On the WIKI plans, create a TESU BACS spreadsheet of your classes and what is remaining for reference and tracking purposes (after you've applied and sent in all your Sophia.org classes for transfer credit).
My recommendation is for you to link us to your spreadsheet from your Google or One drive as a viewable (not editable) file and we'll recommend modifications if needed. Your previous post/thread indicated that you're going for TESU BACS, https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...student-CS

Hi bjcheung,
Thanks for the response!
Here's the spreadsheet I currently use to track my progress for the TESU BACS:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...sp=sharing
(terrible formatting cause I had to convert)
How does it look in terms of the courses I've chosen / completed?
