It's nice that you want to make math with a minor in Phil. It is not the usual degree here, so maybe will need more work to find your match. The first option that comes to my head is Thomas Edison State University (TESU) that has a BA in mathematics. I think you can build it quite to your taste since appears that you must transfer most of the credits: https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/mathematics
I think there you can add all the math courses you find necessary and some philosophy courses as well.
I have no idea about the math degree at SNHU, but usually is more expensive that TESU. If founding is a problem...
Since you are in Africa maybe you know UNISA in SA. Some people around here asked about it and I think somebody went. Price wise they should be more affordable. They have a Bachelor in math https://www.unisa.ac.za/sites/corporate/...80%93-MAM) . If you know something about UNISA, please shared, it can be interesting for somebody and we have few info about it.
Another option could be a liberal arts degree but I do not think will fulfill your interest, but there you could also combine math and philo. comment if you will be interested in that.
Take at look at this: https://www.snhu.edu/admission/academic-...pe=courses
Then the math section at TESU: https://www2.tesu.edu/listall.php
As for UNISA, it looks like a hassle to me

I already have a safety online school that I'll start on January.
I will study it while trying to get private scholarships to pay for SNHU because why not.
So right now the best option for me is SNHU. I started this thread to know if there are better options that I'm not aware of.
