TESU BA Double Major

Hello all. Is it possible to add an undergraduate certificate in addition to, for example, a BA in Foreign Language/Spanish?

I also have a separate question regarding the BALS and concentrations: If you meet the UL credit requirements in the Liberal Studies portion, do the concentration credits also have to be UL? or can they be fulfilled with LL credits?

I will attach my current evaluations for viewing. I was considering a double major possibly with a BALS and Foreign Language. 

My Eng Comp II, Ethics, and Sociology classes are in progress currently.

Just seeing if knocking out a BALS w/concentration quickly is possible (and possibly a Foreign Language degree). Also looking for reccomendations for fast credit to fulfil those concentrations.
