@whiverem, that's right, it's going to be hard to tell you what exactly matches between the two courses and not (or what's missing). If you really want to learn a specific subject, take one or the other, and supplement that with a textbook from a local library or another online resource. Not many people will take BOTH the Study.com and the WGU Operating Systems course...
Generally, you want to read some reviews on each course and see what others say about the course/subject. Even different professors teaching a course with the same textbook may teach different and 'skip' some parts if they deem it's not too necessary to review those parts... There have been reviews of both online and even on this forum I believe.
