On Coursera, the quizzes are timesd. For the Google ones, you usually get 60-120 minutes to answer 10-30 questions. You can make an attempt 3 times in 24 hours. If you fail to pass after the third attempt, you get to try again after the 24 hour cooldown timer has finished. You may use this time to review the missed material again or to complete the next section. You get infinite attempts to pass the graded sections, but it can eat away at your time.
As to how long the Coursera certificates take to complete, it depends. If you devote significant time to them, students have completed them in under a week (very challenging if you're not familiar with the material being covered), in a couple of weeks/under a month (still challenging, but reasonably doable), and 1-2 months (this is closer to what Google thinks should happen; I think the average student here can easily complete a Coursera certificate in under six weeks).
Take advantage of TADA if you can so you get as much free as possible.
Intro to Programming w/ Python, Intro to Relational Databases, and Intro to Web Dev are, indeed, all Sophia classes.
