Which one is easier? CompTia Network+ & Security+ or this ISC(2) CC  Certification?  If you get the ISC(2) CC cert/training for free, it's a good deal for this one course for transfer. 

CC is definitely easier. 1 test based on application of the principles. I think the official material for it takes about 6 hours. Net+ and Sec+ each cover significantly more material per each test, let alone combined. Plus the CompTIA tests require a lot more memorization of ports, acronyms, standards/specifications. 

As mentioned, the CC and its training material are all free right now so there's no reason not to go for that one first.

The CompTIA Pentest+, CySA+, and CASP+ are all middle to advanced certs, especially CASP+ which has VMs where you have to solve security issues through a Linux terminal. These ones definitely require a lot of work if you don't yet have a solid foundation.
