When doing essays, make sure you take 30 minutes to ensure that you hit everything on the rubric. I did not do that with some classes and paid for it, having my essay returned for revisions 3 days later and taking another 3-4 days to grade it again.I have the history 2 class from Sophia sitting on the back burner for down times. Wish I could find a Texas History class that I could sign up for somewhere else as well. That could occupy me while I wait for grading.
Getting 6 classes done is not easy, but is possible. You will undoubtedly have some teachers that grade your stuff in an hour, and others that do not respond to you for days. You will sit idle some days and get extremely frustrated with the process, that's just how it is, unfortunately.
You could always look for a TX CC somewhere that has it (I'm sure they all do).
