Most people may have done X course 5-10 years ago, they may want to re-take the course just to retain, review, what was within the course. I've seen people do this for many courses, not just one. There really isn't a need to "hide" the course, just tell UMPI you want to take the BUS141 course to recall the info and learn something that may be new/different in their BUS141 course. Anyways, find which path is more for you and just go for it...
I had taken a pm course as CSU Global that transferred to UMPI as BUS141. I asked to take BUS141 because I thought I was going to learn Microsoft Project. Spoiler alert....you won't use Project nor will you learn about it. By taking BUS141 you not only create that template you'll use later, but you also get a feel for what Professor Dorsey is looking for in the projects which is really helpful in the advance classes.
