Forbes Ranking: How UC Berkeley Beat Out the Ivy League

I think it's a good thing that they're factoring in some sort of outcome measure.  I didn't read the entire methodology section in detail but I know they used Payscale as one of their sources.  There's no doubt that Berkeley is one of the world's best schools.  I have no objection to the #1 ranking.  I'd like to know more about the outcome measures because I suspect that it's a slippery thing to quantify.
