For Study.com, there are 2 different types of courses: 1) one that has quizzes which count for ⅔ of the course and the final proctored exam which counts for ⅓; and 2) one that has quizzes which count for ⅓ of the course, assignment(s) that count for ⅓, and the final proctored exam which counts for ⅓.
The first one is actually backward: the quizzes count for 1/3 (100 points) and the exam counts for 2/3 (200 points). For this kind of course, if you get 100% on all of the quizzes then you need 56% on the final exam to get the minimum 210 points for a pass.
