When trying to do a proctored exam today on study.com i got an error saying the page doesnt exists. I keep getting it right after i get the code to write down. Is this happening to anyone else?

I didn't have any issue on Study.com on 12/17. I did have to click the reload button twice while chatting with support on RPNow/proctoring. It was after entering the test code and before the DL and room scan part. While I was sending version number and checking download date the next screen finally popped up.

The error just kind of went away, both companies did a ,"refresh" and the next day i was back in business. I still have no idea why it happened.
