Communication at Work, with its one Touchstone, might work for the Communication requirement at Pierpont (this has not been tested yet, as far as I am aware). But English Comp I or Public Speaking aren't too bad. If the friend already has any English Comp or Communication credits, they can skip right over the Sophia classes with Touchstones and just finish a bunch of Sophia classes without Touchstones.
