Minimum is 60 Accredited college credits. I am trying to go to the academy and keep doing school at the same time. So definitely want more than 60 and would prefer a degree but I am hoping to do it while as a PO.

If you're NOT going to be getting a degree, yes. If you plan on getting a degree, no. That costs way more money than enrolling and taking a TECEP.
