In my experience, if you're not actively enrolled at Excelsior, don't expect much in the way of support. They may answer a few questions but won't invest much time into any responses when they respond at all. TESU is generally the same way. COSC seems better about responding, at least I didn't have any problem getting them to answer questions when I was planning to attend there back in 2010.
