Both Excelsior College (Federal Gov't and GE) and TESU (UPS) have corporate partnerships with 20% Reduce tuition reimbursements and fees.
They are vetted members of the Big 3 (aka the Three Kings of alt credits).
Both have Nursing degrees and many other degrees.

Please also add paying for certification exams like the PMP, etc. that are very useful in your hospital system.
Let folks go to any university. Harvard Extension, local CC, or ASU etc. It may take them longer, but many folks can only handle one course at a time anyways working full time.
