Help me design my company's new tuition reimbursement program!

I think in general schools know the importance of tuition reimbursement and they're designing these new systems around it somewhat.

I heard about the course breakdown from a coworker. I'm planning on knocking out 25ish CUs in October and hoping to be able to get the full $3500 reimbursed based on that.
