No, TESU doesn't have any per term fees. It costs $75 to apply. Within a year, you need to register for some sort of course to become enrolled, or you lose your catalog lock in and have to apply again. The cheapest option at that point is taking a TECEP which is $114. There are plenty of them that would be useful for almost any degree. To maintain enrollment after that, you need to take something else each year after that.
