I was just reviewing the undergraduate certificates at TESU. I am wondering if there are any undergraduate certificates which fit perfectly into the BSBA degree, and which are also test outable with study.com and TECEP ?
I have attached his spreadsheet showing his current progress. At this point he is about 40% done the BSBA.
I completed undergraduate certificates in operations management, finance, organizational leadership and marketing while I did my BSBA in accounting and CIS. I was able to test out of all four. It's funny. I probably could have also done a fifth in labor studies, but I'm a union president, so I kind of never really thought about it because it's kind of what I do already. Do they fit perfectly within the BSBA? I don't know. I think that they are more like extra majors. They don't always completely match the AOS within the BSBA for each category, but it's roughly equivalent, but if you want it to fit the BSBA, just make it an AOS. The certificates will then be extra classes. Very doable, though.
It's actually the best way to do them. Normally 50% of an undergraduate cert has to be done at TESU, but that rule doesn't apply to degree seeking students.
