A good way is to apply to the college, get a degree plan, and then CLEP/DSST/ECE your way out of classes.

Are you saying you can apply ($75), send any pertinent transcripts (including CLEP, DSST) and then they will give you a degree plan AND be available to answer questions about future classes, tests they may or may not accept (LSU, Penn Foster, etc.), in other words counseling and advising you along the way, BEFORE you actually officially enroll, pay the big bucks and start the clock ticking on your year of 'tuition'?
