Even states with grade forgiveness legislation don't remove grades from a transcript. In Texas, when you invoke Texas Academic Fresh Start to remove all grades more than 10 years old, the courses and grades remain on your transcript. You just get a new GPA computed that doesn't include any courses more than 10 years old.
