Locking in the Catalog DOES NOT mean that nothing will change for you! Locking in the catalog just means that your graduation requirements in terms of the courses you need won't change. If they decide to make the Residency Fee $22,000, then that's what it will cost you. If they decide to do away with the Strat Mgmt TECEP, then it goes away. If they decide that you need 160cr to graduate, then THAT is what you will be protected from.
