If I am enrolled in an Associates degree program at TESU, then the catalog changes and then I decide to declare a new Bachelor's degree, will it be the new catalog for the Bachelor's, or will it be the catalog from the time I first enrolled in the Associate's degree. I assume the former.

It depends. When did you enroll in the AA program, and when did you decide on the BA program? They might be the same catalog year, or there might not have been a lot of changes, so it wouldn't matter.

I did it the other way, enrolled in a BACS, then added the ASNSM-CS and they did it for the same catalog. You should simply ask advising about your situation. If you give details we might be able to help more.

It was just a hypothetical question. Interesting, Dave, that it was the former catalog. I thought that the day of declaring the degree would matter. Just like many things at TESU, there might not be a firm rule about it. in any case, thanks a lot for your thoughts.

I think it's different if you're only adding the lesser degree, and it's in the same field. Because obviously if you are going to complete the whole Bachelor's by a certain date, you will be completing the Associates by that date.
I think they would date it from when you add the degree. My added Associates have a later year than my Bachelor's. They are not the same field.

As I recall, you specifically asked to be on a new catalog. I certainly asked to be on the old catalog. If someone needs to know, they need to ask.
