My daughter recently took this, and we kept hearing how she needed to memorize each of the battles, the generals and who won. So we just googled a quick fact sheet and she memorized that perfectly. It's a lot about facts- dates, presidents and other important people. She took a semester of American History through Reconstruction, read this book and thats it. : Robot Check
