This is available in CA as well, lots of info available, except the amount of funding the program receives each year. But the benefits are good for anyone who has been in the CNG for at least 2 years, is staying in, and wants to go to college, as they will pay for any community college, Cal State school, or UC (or even some private schools) up to a certain amount each year. Lots of rules and regs, but might be worth checking out if you qualify.
