There is no reason to switch schools (unless you want to save money). Excelsior has a test-friendly general business program just like COSC and TESC. The MIS concentration is what makes it more difficult to test out of. TESC's BSBA in CIS is test-friendly if you really want an IS concentration. If you just want a plain business degree, then all you have to do is switch programs at Excelsior. Otherwise, I'm not familiar enough with how things transfer to Excelsior in order to help you. Maybe a current or former EC student will see this thread.
