My community college gave me 16 credits for my Spanish clep (476) SPAN-100, 101, 201, 202, but again every school may have different policies as for awarding credits for particular exams.
I think that A1-A2 level would be worth 3 credits (beginner level). To get 6 credits, you'd have to attain a B1- B2 (intermediate level) of language proficiency, and C1-C2 (advanced level) - to get up to 12 credits, but I might be wrong.
