LanguageTransfer, good but very limited. Both in number of languages and in scope of some languages. I believe several of the languages are unfinished, but they give a good start.
Flashcards: Anki. Absolutely hate it, but some people love it.
Duolingo: absolutely not worth paying for. If you still like it after you get the path update, go ahead and pay for it. But I recommend against paying for it until then. If you're tired of ads or lack of hearts and you want to do legendary without paying gems, it's possible to create a free classroom for yourself at https://schools.duolingo.com/ and get those features.
