Arts/Science Electives

Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to plan for a degree in Information Technology from Excelsior college. I haven't applied yet but I'm trying to knock out all the GE courses. In mapping out my test I planned on taking Marketing and Management as part of Arts/Science electives but I'm not sure if they count towards Arts/Science electives are only as Business courses. Does anyone know how these credits are applied.

First of all, welcome to the IC forum!

To answer your question...if you are going for a BS-Management Information Systems at Excelsior College, then you are REQUIRED to take both Marketing and Management for this degree, and the credits will get applied against the Business Core Requirements. You would need to choose other electives that aren't already required for your degree for the Arts & Sciences component of the degree.
