Thanks guys, I was so excited I partied last night and now I'm sick :o , but oh well
Adoncia, I took ECE HR and it was the only exam I got a B for. Granted, I didn't have time to prepare much, I had a lot going on, inlaws coming in etc. I studied IC HR mainly and the things that were not clear, I looked up in a couple of library books, like HR for dummies or something like it. As you can tell from previous posts, almost everybody that extensively studied IC got a B on this exam. The hardest part is the amount of questions (120 or so if I remember correctly) and the way they are worded, sometimes you don't have a clue what they are talking about, they don't seem to be written in normal English!
Anyway, stick with IC and supplement where you feel it is needed and you should do fine! However, I have yet to hear from somebody who got an A on this one (believe me, I am tempted to try again, just to get an all A list hilarious but then again, it doesn't make a difference for Magna Cum Laude so who but me cares!
Good luck!
