Hello everyone.

I have applied for BA CS at TESU and my credits have transferred successfully. I hope to complete 47 RA credits (15 courses) at TESU. I plan to complete it in one year while graduating with a very high GPA (Close to 4).
I have been working as a software engineer for 6 years. I think some of these courses might be easier for me (or maybe it won't be easy). I completed a 60-credit BA BA degree from UMPI in the previous four months and earned a 4.0 GPA. I currently have 20 hours a week to devote to TESU.

I currently have some questions I would like to ask:
How difficult is the CS program at TESU? On average, how many hours do I need to spend on each course? Is 20 hours a week enough to enable me to complete 5 or 4 courses per semester?
Also I would like to get ASNSM at the same time. Will taking some of these math courses from Sophia satisfy this associate degree?
Why is it that compared to WGU, SNHU. TESU doesn't seem to have as strong of community support, for example, WGU, and SNHU both have active reddit & discord study groups.

You are taking all your courses at Sophia or Study.com.  You only need to take the Capstone at TESU which takes around 80 hours. (Your GE is waived since you have a BA at UMPI, and you may need to take the Network TECEP to meet the UL requirement)

Yes

Also I would like to get ASNSM at the same time. Will taking some of these math courses from Sophia satisfy this associate degree?
Yes. You can use all your math courses from the CS to apply to the associates.

I don't know, maybe because most people don't take many courses at TESU. 

For ASNSM you need Calculus I + 15 credits + 3 credits for GE  (total 19 math credits)

I don't know, maybe because most people don't take many courses at TESU.

I apologize for the confusion. I intend to take these CS courses at TESU, not Sophia or Study, because I require RA credits, not ACE credits. I only plan to take one course of College Algebra at Sophia to fulfill ASNSM.
I would like to know how difficult the TESU's courses are and how much time it takes to complete each course.

TESU has fixed 12 week terms. You can't work ahead in any meaningful fashion. How hard the courses are depends in large part on the course and your knowledge level. I generally had three courses going at the same time (in a stagger so that the finals didn't happen at the same time). I was easily able to keep up with that studying nights and weekends, probably no more than 20 hours per week. People here often take a single 15 credit term successfully. They are usually taking the cornerstone, the capstone, and three other courses chosen to be less difficult.

The full-time fixed tuition program discourages that kind of staggering, so I'd say having the finals for all the courses coming at the same time will be your biggest challenge. One thing to keep in your back pocket is that you can extend the term for a course for a fee. If you find you are falling behind on a course, you can apply to extend and finish that one after the others. One thing to be absolutely sure of is that you ALWAYS notify the mentor before turning in anything late. A late assignment has to be docked points by school policy, unless you have prior approval from the mentor.

The rigor of TESU is evident in the challenging exams.

One person on DF recently took COS-3300 Computer Architecture and failed due to not studying enough for the exam and the difficult material. That list you have includes many demanding courses, and combining multiple challenging courses in a single term could set you up for failure.

The way to get a high GPA at TESU is to cherry-pick the easiest courses with no exams or exams that account for very little of the overall GPA.

When you start at TESU, you see all the writing assignments and forum requirements for the entire course, allowing you to work ahead. You could also read the book before the term starts. The exams have a fixed date range, so you have to wait until they open up to take them.

Why on earth would you want to take so many courses at TESU? That's a lot of extra time and money compared to doing Sophia and Study.com.

Why are you planning on taking so many courses at TESU? That will cost some serious $$$$ and take a long time. It won't be like UMPI as TESU is not a CBE program. For the time and money, you may as well go to SNHU, PUG, or CSU Global.

I would like to apply to graduate programs through a Bachelor in Computer Science with at least 45 RA credits.
ACE credits may not meet the requirements of some graduate schools.
I am applying to both TESU & SNHU's Bachelor in Computer Science programs.

Advantages of TESU:
1. Cheaper compared to SNHU.
2. More flexible to transfer credits, I have transferred in over 70 credits.
Cons of TESU:
1. Probably harder courses.
2. Requires a lot of exams.

Pros of SNHU:
1. No exams, may be able to graduate with a high GPA.
Cons of SNHU:
1. More difficult to transfer credits, I only transferred in 30+ credits. I still need to finish some credits on Sophia or Study or I won't be able to graduate in one year.
2. I can't get an associate degree in math at the same time.
3. The price is higher.
4. There is some controversy surrounding this school and i am not sure if there will be some negative repercussions.

WGU:
Since it doesn't have a numerical GPA, I didn't consider it.

TESU tuition will be $556 per credit or $4428 full time flat rate tuition plus fees. SNHU is $330 per credit. CSU Global is $375 per credit. PUG is $2500 per term for ExcelTrack and $371 per quarter credit.

What SNHU controversy are you referring to? What negative repercussions could there be? It's a non-profit RA university with an actual campus so it's not an online school like WGU.

Plenty of people go onto grad school after graduating from WGU which is also a non-profit RA university.

You already have a bachelor's degree so why get a second and a third one? Why not level up into a master's program?
