UMPI BAS MIS Degree Program

Hello everyone, I am a student from China, currently studying nursing at a university in China. I am currently in the second semester of my freshman year. I also studied at the University of the People and have obtained 9 credits. I plan to study at UoPeople until December 26th next year, because I will be 20 years old on that day. Two days ago, I completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. I plan to study at Sophia during the summer vacation next year to take more credits to transfer to UMPI. Because I am very poor, I have been working and studying. I hope to complete UMPI in one session. Is this plan okay? I have another question. Do I need to submit the language score again when I apply for UMPI next year?

I have also completed the dual master's program of ENEB and UI1 and am now waiting for the certificate. I have also studied Advanced Tourism Management at XAMK and have obtained more than 30 credits. I expect to finish all of them this summer.

Yes, you will need to send UMPI your TOEFL scores.

I submit my Duolinggo Test to UMPI and it satisfied the condition. IMO Duolinggo is cheaper and easier than IELTS or TOEFL.

My question: Is my plan reasonable? Please help me. Can I directly apply for UMPI BAS MIS degree next year, or do I have to be admitted to other majors first and then transfer to BAS MIS?

Pierpont BOG AAS, 1 RA, 60+ Alternative Credits, transfer credits into degree
1) Sophia.org - 15 Gen Ed, 15 credits (Computer/IT or another emphasis)
2) ASU 1 RA + Coursera/Google/TEEX - 40+ ACE credits, 60+ total
3) Apply Pierpont & Transfer credits (skip other CC, RA credits for now)

**Apply to UMPI before Pierpont BOG AAS confers, you'll know where your credits go!**

UMPI BAS 120 credits - Reuse 60+ from Pierpont BOG AAS
1) When waiting for Pierpont conferral, Apply to UMPI BLS, send ASU, ACE, all other transcripts
2) UMPI change to BAS when accepted, add AALS freebie and forget it
3) Complete remaining residency credits (10 UMPI classes for 30 credits)

You can't apply to the UMPI BAS as you don't have the Pierpont BOG AAS yet, you have to apply for the BLS first and change it.
