Interesting really... OP didn't respond back, but why didn't they indicate the reason not to take it at SNHU? SNHU shouldn't have proctored exams if that's what I recall correctly...

It’s possible they owed them money or something and wouldn’t have been able to get the grade out. Or they had bad grades with SNHU previously they were trying to keep swept under the rug. I’m pretty curious too, though. Haha

Distance Calculus @ Roger Williams University courses have proctored final exams, but the proctored final exam typically will not affect a student's final grade.
As long as the student gets 70% on the proctored final exam, they are eligible for an A, B, or C grade – and that grade is based wholly on their work prior to the exam. The proctored final exam is used as an identity and integrity check. There is also a pathway to a C grade for a student who gets 60% on the proctored final exam.
Proctoring is by Skype with the instructor or by a pre-approved proctor such as a librarian, clergy, or teacher.

I have heard of a platform called LightCourse. They are similar to Study.com, Sophia but they offer letter-graded transcript instead of Pass/Fail. Pass/Fail transcripts are not recognized by some of the higher-tier schools.
I have never attended their courses and has no affiliation with them. You may check more about the platform with this link: https://www.lightcourse.com/home .
They seem to claim that they partner with a lot of different top-tier instituions.
Here is their course list: https://www.lightcourse.com/course . The library includes a lot of Math courses, including linear algebra, algebra, discrete math.

Might as well dust off American Public/Military University ( http://www.apus.edu). They can be a solid choice for online RA credit as well. Pretty sure they have Lin Alg.

Any options that are not offered by the US institutions? The US courses are quite expensive to international students, even the community colleges are expensive.
